Refund policy

Your satisfaction with our comics comes first!

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without stating any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the products you purchased. Once we have received the return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs.

The return shipping costs from your address to Shortbox Comics are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €8.50 per package. Please consult your chosen carrier for the exact rates.

Returned products must be sent back with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via lord@shortboxcomics.nl. We will process your refund within 14 days after you have registered your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
