A look back at 2025 at Shortbox Comics
Before we move forward, it’s worth taking a moment to look back.
2025 was full. Busy. Sometimes chaotic.
But above all, it was a strong year for comics and for Shortbox.
2025 highlights
Weekly Monday live sales and whatsapp integration.
Monday nights wtayed a fixed moment, just like the last 7 years. Not just selling comics, but hanging out, talking books, sharing opinions and making questionable buying decisions together.
Consistency mattered, and you showed up every week. For all the other great friends we invented the whatsappgroups where you can claim, trade, compare and chat about what you love; comics. Maybe our most fun and typical shortbox innovation.
Five conventions, fully powered by sidekicks
Five shows. Different cities. All run by our sidekicks, each bringing their own energy, taste and hustle.
Absolute toppers, every single one of them.
The Bammerdebam collaboration
What started as a collaboration quickly felt like working with colleagues. Same mindset. Same love for comics. More of that energy going forward.

Behind the scenes, things only worked because of the people holding it together.
